@50Cent Top 10 Diss Songs

Does anybody remember 50 Cent? You know the guy who got signed to Dr. Dre's label, made 1 classic album, killed Ja Rule and Fat Joe.......'s career, created G-Unit, sold over 30 million records worldwide, sold vitamin water for 200 million, and haves over a quarter billion of cash, yeah that guy. We are not here today to ridicule his recent work (music and movies which is equally horrible) we're here to review his past work.

Nowadays, 50 is fondling Chelsea Handler, losing weight for Lifetime movies, and help feeding starving children in africa. Before that, he was a gangster and the most feared hip-hop artist in the industry. I wonder what scared them; could of been that he's been shot 9 times (supposedly) and survive to tell his story through rap? Maybe. That wasn't the only thing that drawn attention to him. He had a thing for dissing the opposition. 90% of the time it was never personal but if you're in his way, then it's personal. Here's the top 10 list.

10. THE BOMB (DISSIN' DIDDY)

Off of the classic Dead Prez instrumental Hip-Hop, 50 goes in on Diddy because he wouldn't let Murder Ma$e (who was signing to G-Unit at the time) out of his contract. He even mentions Diddy has knowledge on Biggie's murder and is scared to tell. 50 probably didn't even think twice before saying something as detrimental as that. That's why this song made my list.

9. TIA TOLD ME (DISSIN' RICK ROSS)

Officer Rickyyyyyyyyyy! I think this beef started with Young Buck and transitioned to Miami not playing his music. I really don't remember but it's one of the funniest diss songs ever. After word got out that Rick Ross was a correctional officer, 50 went all in and allegedly claimed he fucked his baby's mother Tia. There's a video on youtube proving they were acquainted but that's as low as the Jay-Z and Nas beef.

8. GET IN MY CAR (DISSIN VIVICA A. FOXX)

On 50's sophomore album, he gave us a brief description of how he felt about his most recent love interest, Vivica A. Foxx. Everybody knew that were dating and either it was bad for his career or the shit didn't work out because he straight trashed her in 2 bars. "when I was with Vivica, I thought I was on to something, then the next week, nahhh it was nothing" 11 million people bought that album and I caught her crying on some talk show a year later about how she can't find a man. Please spare us.

7. PART-TIME LOVER (DISSIN' LIL WAYNE & BABY)

This is one of my favorites because it's so cool. He created a song for women and at the same time mentioned Baby & Lil Wayne's homoerotic activities like that's what he wanted to do with a woman. I don't care that's funny.

6. 50 CENT & THE INTERNET

After 50 Cent finally got his internet connected to his laptop, he began going viral with killing people's careers. He made videos of himself crying with bandages on saying himself and others were harmed after hearing Fat Joe's album. He even went as far as releasing a free mixtape with a parody of Fat Joe on the cover, the same time Joe's album dropped and it was downloaded 4x more than his album sold. 50 also used to internet to leak a phone conversation with Young Buck crying. He successfully ruined both of their careers gradually.

5. FUNERAL MUSIC (DISSIN CAM'RON)

After a misunderstanding at Hot 97, Cam'ron started a beef with 50 which at the time seemed like a good idea. 50 is usually the instigator but it didn't matter, he still put Cam in his place. Funeral Music wasn't his best diss and Cam's diss was actually better BUT who career got killed off afterwards? Cam disappeared then eventually his group Dipset started to side with 50. Then 50 dropped "I Get Money" one of his biggest singles since Get Rich Or Die Tryin'. Cam finally came back like months later and dropped the hottest mixtape of his life but nobody but New York noticed. Now Cam is on crutches making mixtapes with Vado trying to reconcile wit his group (for the money). I call this diss track, effortlessly.

4. I RUN NEW YORK (FEATURING TONY YAYO, DISSIN JADAKISS & FAT JOE)

Grrrrr! I remember when this joint dropped I was like damn! 50 made it very clear that nobody sides with Ja Rule, nobody! Jadakiss & Fat Joe jumped on Ja Rule's "New York, New York" and 50 had something to say about that (Piggy Bank #3). Jadakiss & Fat Joe retaliated with seperate diss songs and both hit hard (even Fat Joe). 50's response to those songs was like no matter what you say, I own you. And that was this record right here "I Run New York"

3. PIGGY BANK (DISSIN' FAT JOE, JADAKISS, THE GAME, SHYNE PO, JA RULE, NAS)

Only 2 verses and 50 managed to fit everybody he hated at the moment into this song. After a recent fall out with his label mate The Game, he had time to put his name on the song and get the record on the album. This was a career highlight for 50 because at the time if he said move, move. Or he would remove you himself because he had the artillery to do so.

2. BACK DOWN (DISSIN' JA RULE)

When 50 was a rookie in the game, he was destroying Ja Rule's career on the way up. His only classic album Get Rich Or Die Tryin'  he dedicated this song for Murder Inc and strictly for Ja Rule. I really never really knew what caused the beef but it had to be something bad because til this day, 50 still put a minuscule of effort to destroy him.

1. HOW TO ROB (DISSIN' EVERYBODY)

This is the beginning of 50's career back in 1999 when the dissin began. Everybody in the industry got some and he didn't hold back. This is what got him a record deal and what he continued to do once they cut the check.
